WE SHIP WORLDWIDE

  • Free shipping included for all Australian Orders.
  • Standard international shipping flat fee of AU$60
  • All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia.
  • As everything is custom made, please allow up to 21 business days from date of purchase before dispatch, shipping details will be confirmed via email once order has been uplifted.
  • Standard delivery times are between 1-5 business days for orders within Australia. For all international orders please allow between 5-7 business days for delivery. Please note: Shipping carrier delays are not within our control and may affect the above delivery times.
  • Changes to your order are not possible once the item has shipped. If you need assistance with your order please contact me immediately at info@142woodenheart.com. 
  • Please ensure your address details are correct. We are not responsible for items that are undelivered due to errors in addresses provided.

    CUSTOMS

    • International shipments may be subject to the imposition of customs or import duties once they reach their destination. You will be liable for all of these duties and it is your sole responsibility to pay the charges to release the goods from the shipment. We are legally required to declare the full value of the shipment and will provide an invoice to customs should they require it.
    • Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties.
    • If customs duties are refused or unpaid these will be deducted from any future refund if applicable. We have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country.
