Hi! I'm Enrico, the artisan behind 142 Wooden Heart.

Born and raised in a small country town near Venice, Italy, I’ve always been captivated by woodworking. As a child, I carved fishing rods, swords, and tools from fallen branches and driftwood.

In 2013, I moved to Australia and immersed myself in its natural beauty. I’ve dived with great white sharks, paddled in glistening seas, and swam alongside dolphins. This deep love for the ocean inspires all my designs.

As a professional carpenter, I’m dismayed by the amount of beautiful timber discarded daily. Seeing this, I knew I could repurpose this valuable resource.

142 Wooden Heart combines my passions for the ocean, timber, and sustainability. I create ocean-inspired artworks from reclaimed timber, valuing nature, beauty, and sustainability. At 142 Wooden Heart, we believe every purchase should be as intentional and meaningful as the life we live.
